I love how this trailer references the trailer for rogue one in which the sirens dominate the score in its second half, just in a more distorted way. That rogue one trailer is one of my favourite trailers of all time and seeing it being picked up here gave me chills.

I’ve always felt Rogue One was the best star wars movie Disney produced. Everything else has been sub par (we’ll Force Awakens was ok) but this looks great!

This looks promising. Rogue One might be the favorite film of the Disney-Star Wars era. One wonders if they shifted the tone and intensity of the story from a Prequel story to the modern trilogy with the new characters...instead of constantly going to the past.

I’m so excited to see the inner workings of the Imperial Senate. I actually love the political scenes in Star Wars, they create so many chilling parallels to our own world. I’m super hyped for this show, it looks gritty and well-written. 👏

Really giving me Rogue One vibes and I’m loving it. As much as I love seen lightsaber fights and force being used and all, I want a more serious and grounded SW content and this show seems like it’s going to deliver that. One of the reasons I like Rogue One a lot is that it shows that the Rebels aren’t saints or completely good like the original trilogy showed, sometimes you gotta get your hands dirty and I hope this show continues to show more of that
