COVID-19 Data Platform: 6 months in review

In only 6 months, the COVID-19 Data Platform became a new model for scientific collaboration. We had to come together to quickly make valuable data available to those working towards stopping SARS-CoV-2 in its tracks.
The COVID-19 Data Platform has secured valuable data submissions and made crucial data available to scientists around the world to help develop tests, treatments and a vaccine to stop the pandemic.
The project is led by EMBL-EBI and supported by the European Commission, ELIXIR, European Open Science Cloud and many other international collaborators.
We're also very grateful to our users, who have contributed through the COVID-19 Data Portal.
