⚠️ Advanced Core Exercise ⚠️

Here are a few kettlebell exercises that you should try if you are bored of the regular crunches and ready to take it to the next level :)

I'm not going to lie, most of my workouts are very basic and some people would say generic or boring, but basics allow me to keep my strength all year round and complete exercises like that when I want to add some spice to my workout.

Best part is that these exercises, they are working on the whole body and not just the core alone.
