Last year i hit on this woman at work. Though she's superficially nice, she ignored and turned me down.She's didn't show any interest so i moved on and started talking to other women at work.I disconnected her completely by not saying hello or hi.Then months later, i heard from a colleague that she liked me too. What the hell just happened?It took her a long time to figure out her feelings for me? Or was she trying to get me back. She acts like she wants me to call her. I'm waiting for her to call me or text me directly. We both have a burning desire to be together again. Her interest level is super high now. One woman I work with is 42 yo and she flirts and complements then I ask and she said yes to a casual drink, then I call and text a few days before to ask if she can make it with concrete plans and she does not call back or answere my text. This has happened 2 times..
I see her in work and she acts like it never happened.. she has been flirty for months before this off and on.
