5:30 Name for the build: Just in case. He's taking the upgrades just in case he has to react to an attack. But right now, he's going to go greedy as he can anticipating his opponent will play a similar macro game. This way, he doesn't spend resources on units that sit in base and don't do anything when he's not going to attack with them. That's my read anyway. Just in case he gets harassed, then he can immediately train up units with appropriate upgrades to defend himself. He can pivot if he needs to.

Feedback is a totally underutilized tool in PvZ lategame.
A perfectly mico'd Protoss AI would be scary to see, there is so much possibility in Protoss play. Perfect feedbacks, perfect range Tempest, perfect blink Stalker micro. I notice that a lot of time when a massive ball of Stalkers attacks, they only target 3-4 units because the player understandably A-moves the ground - nobody has the APM to perfectly target 21 Stalkers onto 7 Zerglings at a time . A massive amount of overkill damage is wasted shooting at single digit amounts of Zerglings or Marines. Imagine the Stalkers perfectly targeting their attacks so as to not overkill their target. Spooky stuff.
