I have a wish:
Could my favorite italian chef make a video about authentic ice cream? I searched on YouTube rn and these videos doesn't feels right. I like good vanilla ice, stracciatella, sometimes biscuits ice (or is it cookie in english idk) but I wont shake milk in a bag for 5 minutes or use any industrial products. No way. You taught me a real Italian uses real ingredients, take his time and make beautiful dishes and deserts
