Pros and cons of Penny

Pros:
• Good against team damage because of splash
• The closed barrel gadget splash is highly damaged
• High damage pet

Cons:
• Main damage not enough
• Range not enough
• Slow reload
• Slow pet attack

Even if she’s bad, Penny is still one of my favorite brawlers

She needs her health nerfs reverted. She doesn’t have any approach options, unlike assassin brawlers who have fast movement speed or a way to move around the map/dodge attacks, etc. Combined with her short range and slow reload/dps, she’s just a huge target to the sharpshooters.

Health Buff: 6400 to 7200 hp

I got a couple more ideas for balance changes for later.

If you use salty barrel right as kit jumps on you, you can one shot him as soon as his super is over as long as you have heavy coffers

But doing the same thing with master blaster should also work as long as you have your super
