This homeowner has made me realize I have never experienced Joy in my entire life. When I bought my first house I had no feelings at all, when I finished my first book I had no feelings at all about it. I have gone back over my life and realized I have felt absolute pan and suffering but no joy.

Beautiful, but the change to an awning over the front door was definitely a down grade, the original design was much more appealing. absolutely love those interior doors and the color. That bathroom mirror is AMAZING

Leave the gable and add semilune awning to it. Awnings don't last. That way it still has charm after the awning dies and first owners move out.

I have to agree with the previous writer I have I really loved the wooden arch over the door more than the awning but the house is darling. It is well appointed it uses every little bit of space and it uses it. Well it’s beautiful.

That floor plan is the classic 1920s "bungalow" ... onside has two bedrooms and a bath, the other has living room, dining room and kitchen in a row.

Love that house and the owners too! They think very European: over here it is not size that matters but style and the place were the house is located. We can not afford huge US houses because our lots are very expensive.
Those owners are so true: A house needs to be filled with love not stuff!
