Thank you. Ketamine worked much better than ECT for me. I have a long standing problem with TRD, SI and social phobia. It is a good idea to set goals and add healthy routines like exercise, diet and social contacts for during and after the Ketamine treatments. This will take advantage of the neuroplasticity effect of Ketamine.

I had both treatments. They both worked, but i prefer ketamine for many reasons.

Insurance will pay for multiple sessions of ect but will not pay for ketamine infusions 😢
