Considering the cost of renting vs owning a machine like this, , not to mention the convenience of having the gear immediately available!, , if you don't let the maintenance of your carpeting get away from you this is an excellent carpet cleaning machine.  It isn't intended to be a vacuum cleaner, there are a great many super powerful vacuums out there, this is a simple, EZ to use carpet maintenance machine. IMHO there's not a better one out there in the $100 to $150 price range. We take care of it by cleaning it completely after each use. The break down for cleaning was well thought out with exception to the brush head area which does take a bit of effort to flush but over all it's very EZ to clean, take care of and store. Buy it, , you will be pleased.

Mine works perfect and it picks up pet hair with no problems. Cleaning it us gross though. For the hair gets caught in the roller and inside the tank. It works well for stains. I love it. I have the big one and the little one.

not bad machine, it does pick up stains but just not dry quickly enough the dirty water tank is easy to break.

I have a Bissell proheat 2x with the flat water container is on the bottom. I cannot find a way to empty the black water do I have to poke something up in the red thing. Or does it come out in another way😅

I just bought this not even a week ago & very disapointed!!! I took the suction piece off to clean it, latched it back on and now wont suck up any dirty water. It was working just fine before I took that piece off but now it wont

Mine sprays the water/cleaner OK, but doesn't suck. The collection tank stays dry. Air is blowing through the vent OK, so what could be the problem?

I got it to do a Great clean the first time through. Now it's time to clean it & I can't get the nozzle window open to clean it no matter what I do. It shouldn't be this difficult. I can see it NEEDS to be cleaned before I use it again. Can someone help me?
