How To Install M.2 NVMe Drive Acer Nitro 5 Gaming Laptop

In this video i will be teaching you how to install a second M.2 hard drive into your Acer Nitro 5. For this all you need is simple screwdrivers and the drive itself. In the video i make a mistake which i show you how to correct in a future video, but if you dont watch that then the fix was to push the M.2 in till the gold connectors dont show anymore. You will have to initialise the drive i will be posting that in the future.

Did you switch the main drive to the new one and run windows on it since it's faster, or are you just using it for storage? If you did I could definitely use a walk through. Doing the same on mine just waiting for shipping.

I bought this laptop last month. It came with only 1 TB HDD and two empty slots for M2 SSD. Can I increase the storage of this laptop if I replace the 1TB HDD for one Crucial MX500 1TB SSD? Also, I want to add one Crucial 1TB P5 NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD in the slot 1 and one Crucial 1TB P5 NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD in the slot 2. I will have at the end 3 TB of storage but I'm not sure if the motherboard support this.
