Use a Sony ZV1 with a Teleprompter! | G7x and Rx100 too!

How you can use a Teleprompter with the Sony ZV1:

In this video, I do an impromptu walkthrough of how I use the Padcaster Parrot Teleprompter, Smartprompt App on my iPhone and how I mount it for use with the Sony ZV1.

The Parrot Teleprompter is the best teleprompter for YouTube videos. It can also be used as a teleprompter for vlogging. It's small, compact and a cheap teleprompter set up. It comes with the prompter unit, lens mounting rings, a bluetooth remote to use with some of the best teleprompter software, a lens cleaning cloth and cleaning pen.

I use what I think is the best iPhone teleprompter app for YouTube videos, Smartprompt Pro (found in the AppStore). It listens and moves with your voice. While you have to pay an upgrade in order to use the Padcaster bluetooth remote with Smartprompt Pro, I didn't since it is cued by your voice as your read the script.

While the Padcaster Parrot Teleprompter lens mounting rings work with various lenses for digital cameras, you cannot mount them on a retractable-lens camera like the Sony ZV-1, Rx100 Vii, and Canon G7x.

I had to use a mount adapter, to make this setup the best teleprompter with the Sony ZV1. You'll see the link for the CAME-TV adapter below. With this adapter, you can alse use the teleprompter with the Canon G7x, and you can also use the Parrot teleprompter with the R100 VII.
