Would be helpful instead of the music is if you actually explained how to mount the tire and rim. Here I'll do it for you and your viewers. Unlike some mopeds which may use a flat washer that turns to adjust the tension on the chain in or out on PUCH you have an adjustable slide bolt setup. The goal is to center the tire in between the swing arm with equal distance on the front of the tire on both sides tighten the 10 mm nut on the back of the adjustable slide tensioner till you have about a 3/8 an inch of play on the drive chain then tighten down the main bolts on both sides using a socket wrench on obe side and a box end wrench on the other. Then re-tighten the 10mm nut on the back of both sides.
