If there is one dessert you cannot miss this summer then it has to be these simple yet decadent Orange chocolate cups 🍫🤌🏼With 2 ingredients, you can make these delights at home. So let me know how you like it! 🍊✨
Ingredients
🍊1 cup chocolate chips
🍊1 cup fresh orange juice
Method
1. Set up a double boiler by placing a saucepan filled with water over medium low heat.
2. Add chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl and place the bowl over the sauce. The bowl should not be contact with the water in the saucepan.
3. Once the chocolate has melted, turn off the heat and add in the orange juice and mix continuously till the mixture is homogeneous and smooth. At first, the mixture will look separated but keep mixing and it will eventually come together. You can still pass the mixture through a sieve if it feels a little grainy.
4. Pour this mixture into hollowed out orange cups or you can also use ramekins to make the same.
5. Set this in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight till it sets.
6. You can further garnish it with orange zest and chocolate curls.
