This drill is meant for beginner athletes to keep their arms by their ears to push off for their forward and backward rolls.

EQUIPMENT
1 Air Mat

STEPS
1. Stand in the middle of the air mat with your arms by your ears.
2. Reach your arms forward with your hands on the air mat and forward roll onto the floor.
3. Start in the same position facing the other way for a backward roll.
