Octopus eating an eel!

At TOLO in Bonaire, we saw this eel acting strangely. You can see it fighting and briefly see its head. Then at 0:22 to 0:25 you can see the tentacle of the octopus pulling at the eel. The octopus completely pulled the eel in and I stopped the video and started again when the head popped out. At this point, the eel was dead and I assume the octopus was eating it. It was odd that the octopus spun the eel as it ate it.
