I picked this beautiful song sung by Petula Clark which was a 7 hour labor intensive challenge. Put a 12 string acoustic guitar on the right channel.
Reworked the orchestra arrangement by adding new strings. Replayed the drums. Some extra vocals and other tricks. Hope you like it!

What a beautiful song by a fine, fine singer. Petula Clark and Dusty Springfield are still two of my favorite singers from the 60's!

I was 14 in '68. Lived in a tiny town west of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Fixed a 2-transistor radio I bought for 50 cents. Strung a snare-wire antenna on our bungalow roof. After dark I could pull in AM stations from 800 miles away. This was among many fabulous songs I heard on U.S. rock stations while gazing up at the stars.

This 45 was given to me by my cousin who was 8 years older. She cycled down a lot of her 45s to me, but this sounded so good on the old console furniture turntable with great bass and stereo separation. Until I heard others (Don't Sleep in the Subway was both funny and a great pop song), this was my favorite and still holds a place in my heart. Thanks for working on it!
