I woke up at 01:20 am, I failed to go back to sleep so I decided to look for a movie to watch on on YouTube. Then I came across this song, I bypassed it many times but it kept on popping up. So I was like let me just open it maybe it'll stop showing. The moment I started listening to it, I couldn't stop crying. Yes!!! I was diagnosed with heart failure a couple days before Christmas. The dr didn’t give me any positive news. But through it, God was literally throwing signs at me through scripture about healing, about the heart, & through my friends & family, my church family. It’s been amazing. & God is healing me! When I heard this song for the first time on Thursday night at church, I was basically in Tears! My church is doing this song tomorrow morning for our Easter Worship time! I run the Graphics for our Worship Band and this song really hit me hard! I lost my mom back in 2014 to a Massive Brain Aneurysm! My wife and I were in NYC celebrating our 2nd Year Wedding Anniversary! We had Tickets to see 2 Broadway Shows. We were at the Statue Of Liberty when we got the call that my mom had passed away very suddenly! My mom was the BEST MOM EVER! She was a Cancer Survivor and had a very hard life after my father died back in 2011 from Non Hodgkins Lymphoma! I was living in Florida at the time my father was living. After my dad died, my mom became very depressed and tried Suicide a few times and the first time I caught her and had to Baker Act Her! Fast Forward a few years later, she moved out to Tupelo, MS to live with my Dad's Younger Brother and his family! Not knowing that he and his wife at the time and son were taking money from her without her consent!! One day my mom went to her bank to find out that my uncle and his family had Embezzled all $552, 000 from my mom! That was the Money that my father had left to my mom to live out the rest of her life! Fast forward after the time My mom died back in 2014. My wife and I had to face my uncle in court at his Sentencing which was very emotional for me, but I had my beautiful wife along with me. We also had to go after my cousin for trying to File Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on $219, 000 of my mom's money that was deposited into his company bank account fraudulently by his dad who was living at the time. So, my wife and I had no choice but to go after him for that! After month's of sleepless nights, tears, heartache and lots and lots of prayer, we had to hire a Bankruptcy Attorney $7500 later to go after my cousin! Well, we ended up loosing the case after all the hard work due to the Estate Lawyer notifying me 7 months to late! My wife Julie has been by my side threw this entire ordeal! We finally found a church here in our town that is a small Non Denominational Church! My wife was raised Catholic, I was raised Methodist, but after attending Emerge Church here in my town, we finally decided to join! It is a church where they love you for YOU no matter what you have ever done! Our worship Band is AWESOME! We have been able to make tons of Friends at our church! Our Pastor is the REAL DEAL! He is such a Loving and Compassionate Person! He has been there for me threw some of the most darkest times in my life! After hearing this song for the first time on Thursday night, I now listen to it NON STOP! I feel that God is trying to tell me something! It's time to finally Give EVERYTHING to God! Yes, it hurts so much for everything my uncle and his family did to my mom while she was living, but Our God is BIGGER than ANYTHING! He loves us so Much that he sent his only Son Jesus Christ to DIE on a Cross for our sins! And he rose again on the 3rd day! I am more involved at my church now more than ever! My wife and I LOVE OUR CHURCH FAMILY!!! Thank You Hope Darst for Singing such a Beautiful, Powerful and LIFE CHANGING Song of Hope, Love and the Power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!! My God Bless You this Easter Season!!!
