B is for shooting on low light environment when shooting without a flash. The only time you want to use it is when you're shooting it with a tripod on a dark place. This setting is also ideal for light painting.

As someone wrote, the tripod mount is for the bulb mode. I also want to point out for beginners that you don't need to hold the shutter open for 30 sec or more, it all depends of what ISO your roll is and if there are any light sources in the scene you're shooting. Thanks for a nice review and great song recommendation :)

My husband just bought me one for my birthday. Your video really helped me figure out how to use it.

Cool! I got this as a birthday present last year and just opened last night. Didn't know how to shoot at first but now I can practice with your guides. Thanks!

I liked the review but honestly not sure how anyone with experience with film cameras would not know that B is bulb setting.

Hey man. I’m hoping to get one of these little point and shoots to experiment with shooting film. I’ve been using my dad’s digital SLR but I love the idea of shooting film, just because it makes you think about your subject instead of clicking away mindlessly.

I’m hoping to get some lomo 92 film too and try it out if we get a nice sunny but cool day on the beach near where I live. It should bring out the blue tint of the film quite nicely :).

Thanks for the detailed review. 😊

The bulb setting is why there's a hole at the bottom of the camera to screw it onto a tripod mount. The makers probably knew that the camera has some trouble in low light situations, so they wanted to give an option to counter that. There's actually quite a few (nicer) point and shoots that have the bulb setting.

The N and B is similar to the Holga ... I did shoot a whole roll on B not realizing what i did ... live and learn!!!

Great overview. I agree that although the booklet and box is great, I did find a lack of explanation of what the buttons do to be frustrating.

It's heartbreaking that you lost the photos you intended in that gorgeous setting. But real talk I the surreal fog world of all the "ruined" photos you flicked through quickly.

If you play analog you will know whats B stands for. Its on every analog camera and its same for every brand.

Hey,
I’d like a simple film camera to take general photos with. How does this one compare to the Kodak h35? If this camera can produce double exposure, does that mean it can be a half frame as well?

Thank you

Cool, Re: song rec, heard the intro of Moonlight Mile on a TV show or Film recently, didn't realise it was the Rolling Stones, really nice. It might have been on The Sopranos, can't remember

The camera looks sick, might get one for holiday, looks really fun to play with getting weird shots

Almost all cameras have a b setting, how wouldn’t you know that??

What film would you recommend using in this camera? I was about to get fuji X-tra 400 or just plain kodak 400, are these bad choices?

I recently bought one in beige color, it looks very stylish, it is very fun to shoot with kaleidoscope lens and colored flash gelatin. The best part is creating different enjoyable photos without making many technical adjustments.

What I can mention as a minus is that it is very difficult to advance the film to move on to the next frame after shooting, the jagged part is difficult to turn. And the back cover cannot be opened far enough, it is made of a flimsy plastic, I tried to open it more by mistake, thinking it was like the other metal cameras I have used, and back cover broke easliy. and cried 😭
