KFC Christmas Japan: A Delicious Alternate Reality

Показать описание
Every year on christmas day, KFC Japan experiences it's busiest day of the year. KFC in Japan has become the equivalent of an annual christmas dinner, in a day that is not only awesome but often feels like an alternate reality.

This year I wanted a piece of the action and ordered from the "Premium Series Menu" - KFC Japan's unique seasonal menu.

Experience KFC in a whole new light; from KFC on air planes and KFC's in Tokyo with Whisky bars, to microwaving red wine chicken and out-running "north Korean" jet fighters. It's all here.

And for regular updates and information there's the (NEW) Facebook and Twitter pages where I share my discoveries of Japan along the way (like KFC potato chips!):

mate, you need to make serious money from this youtube channel! i haven't laughed so hard in weeks!
i've sat and watched 100's of videos of gaijins in japan.. most of which are great, but none have been made with classic english, down-played, sarcastic humour.
well played. i salute you sir.
i wish i had your wit.

Japan really knows how to make a big profit from foreign originated things, I love it! Christmas in the states has become more of a less religious thing it seems. To be honest, my favorite part of Christmas are the decorations and exclusive things you can purchase or will see in public during the season! Even though you won't get a 2 week holiday vacation or get to spend Christmas with the family...it seems like a ton of fun to witness and experience what Japan has to offer for Christmas. They manage to still have a crap ton of Christmas decor, sales, and exclusive products...I'm excited to be in Japan for Christmas one day! Hoping that this year you can show us exactly what it's like in the holiday season there...

I never subscribe to youtube channels, but I've subscribed to yours. For some reason I've been drawn to Japan and Japanese culture for the past few years but I haven't had the chance to visit. Thanks for making really informative, yet hilarious videos! I sat down and watched all of them, and they made my day. So keep posting! Looking forward to the next one.

Wow when Pete started this Channel, came up with this idea and filmed this guy talking about, “Christmas with Kentucky” in his wildest dreams, Pete probably never thought it would take off like this. Good job Pete.

Merry Christmas and have a good New Year, mate! Btw, I wanted to highlight that these are by far the most well edited videos I have seen covering English speaking natives in Japan! How long have you been making vlogs? Because it's interesting that the quality of this 'series' is good from the get go (unlike many bloggers who start off a bit crap and improve).
