Welcome to the world’s first fine-dining restaurant staffed entirely by the homeless community.

Home Kitchen in Primrose Hill, London, is headed up by Michelin-starred chef, Adam Simmonds, who was once on the brink of homelessness himself, and 15 new recruits will be trained in every aspect of hospitality, in the hopes of giving them a second chance at rebuilding their lives.

We spoke to the staff about what this means for them.
