Nara: Chicken Soba

I went to Nara and saw the amazing Todai-ji Temple in Nara with the great Buddha. I went early to beat the crowds and had a wonderful visit. Finding food was hard though because I was so early, so unfortunately much of my video is a futile search for food. I wanted you to feel my pain (just kidding). I included the search for those who might also decide to go to Nara early. Bring snacks, or stop and eat at the 7-11 on the way - otherwise, you will find nothing open early in the morning. Most restaurants didn’t seem to open until 11 or 11:30. I learned from my mistake. I did get some nice soba when I got back to Kyoto, just a block from my hotel.
