Here's how to make barcodes in Excel using the Barcode Font for Excel. You can easily convert number to barcode in Excel using this tutorial. This barcode generator Excel font does all the work for you. Enjoy! :)
Excel is a really powerful tool that has many unexpected functions. One of them is creating bar codes. Just follow the steps in this video and you can get it done in 5 minutes or less.

Next, you need to unzip the downloaded font file, and install the font into your computer using the instructions in the video. After that, restart MS Excel to get the updated font in your font list.
After that, you are ready to generate the barcodes. Just make sure that you follow these two important items:
- First, your "source" data has to be formatted as "text"
- Second, you need to have opening and closing brackets before and after the data. So you can have all your original data in Cell A1, then you need to insert the fomula into Cell B1 that says:
="("&A1&")"
This formula will insert the brackets before and after the text.
Lastly, you need to change the "font" of the cell B1 to the new "IDAHC39M Code 39 Barcode" font.
