I think jotaro would definitely be able to defeat pucci one on one because his weakness was jolyne as pucci stated and so in a 1v1 jotaro has nobody but himself to worry about and he was able to keep up with puccis position most of the time for somebody going that fast jotaro isn’t able to keep up with pucci with speed but he was able to keep track of where pucci was so jotaro would definitely be able to defeat and kill pucci if it was a 1v1
