My Favorite Things To Buy At COSTCO...And New Items Have Arrived!

Here's part 2 of my Costco grocery haul, this one features some of my favorite healthy items along with some new and exciting things! Shall we do more videos at Costco, leave ideas down below! Mad Love :)

I’m Irish and very familiar with Kerry gold products and Irish farming practices. Kerry gold is not certified gmo free but it is very close. Kerry gold has admitted that Up to 3% of the cows annual diet may contain GMO sources. However it is worth noting that these sources wheat, corn, barley and soy are only used to supplement their winter diet which is mostly silage ( dried grass ) . These supplementary sources are usually local and there’s a very good chance that the majority of these are gmo free ( although not certified) as farmers here tend to have a sense of loyalty or commitment to the types of crops they grow and is likely the same as what their fathers and grandfathers etc used to grow.

Also it is worth noting that cows here are only milked in spring when they are calving so are eating nothing but fresh grass.

I’m so lucky that a local couple within a mile of my house has their own bee hives at home and around the county and they sell it at their home on the honor system! Yup, they label where and what the honey is like and you just grab what you want from a cabinet out in front of their home and put the cash through their mail slot that goes into their garage!
I’ve lived here 26 years and they’ve done it that way, and been there, since I’ve lived here! I’m in (North) Milwaukie, Oregon

My family eats persimmons on its own. You can eat it with the skin or without the skin, it just depends on your preference. But if you wait until they are a little more softer, they become sweeter. A really delicious fruit. Sometimes I freeze them when they are really soft and it tastes just like a sorbet. Really delicious!
