Making my Whoop Strap 4.0 Even better

I’ve been using the @WHOOP strap 4.0 for almost six months and LOVE it, so I had to get another band. The black one is fine, but a bit typical and boring, so I had to get something more fun! What do you think about the color I got?

The Whoop strap is one of the few products with a subscription I have zero hesitation in paying for. Not only do they constantly add new, SIGNIFICANT features every month, but it has genuinely helped me with my health. I’ve been more motivated to work out consistently and harder and go to bed earlier and at a consistent time, and my Sleep has improved as it notices trends of what helps and harms my Sleep.

Sleep is one of the most important things to invest in. You spend a third of your life sleeping, setting the foundation for your day. Good Sleep helps with energy, mood, the processing of emotions, how happy you feel, how productive you are, how well you can think and get tasks done, etc. I’m all about pushing and hustling but also about getting adequate, quality sleep. If investing in my sleep results in me being more productive so I can make more money, I can feel happier, I am better to be around, and I can do more of the things I want, it’s a no-brainer.
