Tim Cook is a very nice guy and really down to earth, but he does take his job very seriously when he’s at the office during his meetings. When you’re working alongside him he takes it seriously and when you’re not working with him and he’s out and about he’s very laid back and will do anything for his employees.. he’s a very well balanced person..

Waking up early does not automatically mean you are successful. I am so tired of people claiming this as if it's a fact of human nature. It depends so much on circumstance. I myself get up just before 3:30am Monday through Friday even though I have to be to work at 7:00am (and only live 15 minutes from my job). Granted I don't have to go about running a company, but I do have a routine that does take up nearly all of that time (including getting to my job an hour early to prepare the day for my team). I also don't make 15 million a year and unlike Cook I do have to worry about money for the rest of my life.
