Today I was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis by a gastroenterologist. Three days ago, I went to see a dermatologist about my face acne and he said to see a gastroenterologist. So the next day I went to see him and he said to do a few blood tests including liver enzyme tests and antinuclear antibodies ANA test. Today, I went to see him again with the test results and he told me I have the autoimmune hepatitis. The liver levels (both AST and ALT) are in healthy range but the antinuclear antibodies ANA test returned positive (the result was 153 au/ml). I read online that the ANA test may return a positive result due to different other reasons and may not always indicate autoimmune hepatitis. I will see a different doctor tomorrow and do more tests. Will update this comment when I get the results.

Eu acho que tenho autonome hepatite já fui várias vezes no médico mas eles não estão ouvido o que eu tenho eu disse que sento uma coisa e eles fazem outros exames que não tem avisar com o que eu sinto .podes me explicar o que eu posso fazer por favor tou sofrendo quase dois anos me ajuda por favor 🙏🙏
