Sewing Pleated Pants. They're Cool Again.

I've just been sewing basic slacks up until now. I have also been leaning into my vintage aesthetic more. Finally, pleated pants are cool again. So, if I put all these into the Cornelius Quiring blender of style, it only makes sense to make a pair for myself.

Since I've never made a pair of these old-timey pants before, I think it only makes sense to sew a trail pair of men's pleated trousers first.

Here's a video idea - 18th century highwaisted dropfront breeches, BUT... ...and here's the kicker. Out of blue denim. Old shapes meet the iconic and modern fabrics. Trendsetting AND potentially costube 😉 ....not to mention, that I'm dying to make a pair for myself, but I is too dumb to make them, without someone telling me how to. Duh.😇😁

The problem with pleats is they only work with high rise pants, so they don't accentuate the crotch, nontheless nice job
