Lentil bread rolls, no flour, no kneading, and no gluten. Quick and easy to make and truly delicious! Family approved! 😊

Have you tried lentil bread rolls?

Recipe
1/2 cup red lentils (soak overnight in water)
100 ml water
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Blend the first ingredients in the blender until smooth
3 tbsp psyllium powder

1. Preheat oven to 355 F.
2. In the blender process, the first 6 ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into a bowl and add 3 tbsp psyllium powder. Mix well until it thickens. Let it sit on the counter for 10 min to thicken more.
4. Wet your hands with water or a little oil to prevent the dough from sticking. Grab a big spoon of batter and roll in your hands. I like to make 6 small rolls, but you can do 4 bigger once as well.
5. Lined parchment paper on baking try.
6. Place the rolls, and sprinkle with everything bagel seeds.
7. Bake at 355 F for 25 minutes until golden. Remove the buns and let them cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!

In your ingredients list, you say "3 tbsp" psyllium powder but in the instructions section you say "2 tbsp." How much should I use?
