Thanks Rachel! I finally started doing yoga daily a few months ago and felt great, but haven't done much in the last month due to traveling, staying in other people's houses etc. But I just did Adriene's bedtime yoga one and loved it! I still haven't moved, feel soooo relaxed, just wanted to say thanks and I'll definitely check out more of her videos... Yours are pretty awesome too!
