Mr Kagame you are a good leader. My advice is to step down when you are still needed. I remembered very well at one conference in 2019 where you were a panelist. You discussed succession plans and you said that the issue is not about being succeeded but to leave a lot for the successor so I believe you have deposited a lot and by now you have educated some leaders who can succeed you and take Rwanda to the next level
