Today we have 2 apps, one MASSIVE side hustle that has made me tens of thousands of dollars, one that comes highly recommended by a celebrity real estate investor, one that can get you a free vacation, and a bonus for those that stick around to the end!

This is the the lowest paying side hustle on the list. It definitely won’t make you rich but I wish I knew about when I was a kid!

The next is online food delivery with a huge twist. You might be familiar with apps like DoorDash Postmates or Uber eats where you can deliver food from a restaurant to someone’s house and get paid for it.

But you’re not going to approach this side hustle like most people do. Instead you are going to optimize the time you work for the most profit per hour and do one other trick that will bring your total operating costs to zero.

The next source of side income has actually made me tens of thousands of dollars over the last few years, it’s honestly what I credit most of my financial success to and that’s selling out an ADU.

I recently sold one my rental properties and actually found that the buyer was making more money than I ever did from the property by using this strategy!

The next method is to sell things (even if you don’t have things to sell).This is actually what got Ryan Pineda started in real estate.
Eventually he was making so much money that he could transition from this strategy to flipping entire real estate properties and it’s that business which made him a millionaire very early in life.

This is probably one of my favorite side hustles on here, because it teaches how businesses work in real life. One person could make no money with a good product like this couch but poor marketing including blurry photos, poor communication with customers, and an overall dirty looking product.

Moving onto one of my favorite ways to make money on the side. This has made me literally thousands of dollars every single year since I started doing it and it is completely free to start.

The process of churning credit cards starts with you signing up for a credit card. For example, the Chase freedom flex. This card comes with a $200 sign on bonus after you spend $500 in the first three months.

Then, instead of using a debit card or cash to pay for your groceries and gas for the next few weeks use the credit card instead to get to $500 worth of spending. It should go without saying that you should only buy things with his credit card that you would buy regardless. Then, after getting your $200 you can move onto the next credit card for example the chase freedom unlimited in the bag another $200.
