What features does the 24 have that exclude it from the giant engine recall the Tundra was just hit with? The good ole 5.7 never had such recalls even in its first year.

Probably the last classic year for Toyota was 2021. Now they're trying to make cars that we are being forced to like that nobody really wants with a 4-cylinder or a V6. Thank God I bought my new 4Runner in 2022 and I am pleased with that because right now Toyota has nothing I'm interested in. I kind of like the new Camry for 2025 but not so sure about the CVT transmission. Toyota better wake up before they start losing loyal followers like myself. It's gotten to the point where there's really nothing good out there.

The redesigned Tundra is a complete and utter failure. The recalls, engine failures, quality control etc. Toyota really is dropping the ball. Throwing away their fan base day by day.

What an engineering disaster…Toyota needs to provide a lifetime powertrain if they are serious about selling them to the public
