How To Properly EXPOSE SLOG2

Many people are flocking to Sony Mirrorless cameras with interest in using SLog2 for a multitude of reasons. Mine was the dynamic range in SLog2 and the ability to have a flat picture profile like RAW video minus the large video file. All over YouTube are videos explain the science of SLog or long-winded answers that don't fully answer your question. But like many others, I just need a straight up answer.
