As someone who has been living with thyroid crap for ten years (mostly underactive, sometimes overactive) this video is refreshing. Hopefully it will help someone else.

I had Graves and was able to bring my thyroid levels down to normal through dietary changes. It took 4 months to bring the numbers down and one year to bring them to normal. Now, I do periodic testing.
