Chicago exemplifies when groups had to be able to play real instruments and sing with quality real voices! Their songbook is Deep and FANTASTIC!

You guys do a great job. Amber mentioned the other day how she felt she has grown. Music is awesome. Most of it is good, if one has an open mind, and appreciation for talent.

Calling Chicago "Happy Music " is a perfect description of their songs!

"Beginnings" definitely should be your next Chicago song. Amber will love the trombone solo; it's great.

They have so many other bands they can also listen to during that era. What a great era for music. Thankfully I grew up listening to this music. Today's music isn't even close

This song was written while sitting in the park and this is what he saw.

Another big horn band is Blood, Sweat, and Tears. Good songs include You Made Me So Very Happy, Spinning Wheel, Lucretia McEvil. BS&T also performed at Woodstock.

"I've Been Searching So Long" is one of my favorite Chicago songs, it's hard to have a fav song with Chicago when everything they do is awesome.

If you want another song with great horns, try Blood Sweat and Tears - “You make me so very happy” I’m sure you both would enjoy it.

Robert Lamm has lead vocals on this track, which he also wrote. He's one of three original members still with the group. The other two are Lee Loughnane (trumpet) and James Pankow (trombone).

Chicago has been performing for over 50 years.

For my money this is one of the best songs to catch the weekend vibe.

Please try "Colour My World" -- the slow dance at many a high school dance when I was a kid. Another side of Chicago I think you will appreciate. Really shows the diversity of their talent.

Top five feel good song for me. Its always a mood lifter. "Can you dig it?" "Yes, I can.."

Yes, this song is so old that "Can you dig it?" was actually something you might hear in conversation. :)

Chicago had 3 unique lead vocals on their early songs. Try out “Make Me Smile” led by Terry Kath. Crazy soulful and powerful. You’ll love it.

Peter Cetera.... What a voice!!! 💖 Chicago has an immense library!!! Colour My World, Hard To Say I'm Sorry, Love Me Tomorrow, You're The Inspiration, Wishing You Were Here, Hard Habit To Break and countless others are worthy of checking out!! 🎶🎶
