I'm a 66yr old widow married 43 yrs. When we were dating we saw Chicago live in the 1970, s. Chicago was his favorite band.I have all the original albums. It is nice to see a new generation appreciate their music.😊😊

More horns with Blood, Sweat & Tears "Spinning Wheels" and "You've Made Me So Very Happy". Good stuff.

Can't go wrong with Chicago. This is when musical groups consisted of actual talented singers & musicians❤️ 🎵🎷

We are truly blessed to have lived in an era where there is so much talent on display. Early Chicago is unrivaled IMO. RIP Terry Kath. I’m pushing 60 and it’s heartwarming to see younger people get to experience and enjoy Chicago songs for the first time. Music is the closest thing we have to a time machine. Past present and future, it’s all there in the music if you are open to it.

"Feelin' Stronger Every Day" is your next Chicago song; Blood Sweat & Tears is a definite horn-heavy band.

"Beginnings" and "Feelin' Stronger Every Day" really showcase all the things that make Chicago an all time great band

Chicago's sound was unmistakable and incomparable. So very much talent in one band.

You mention "his voice." Keep in mind that the original line-up of Chicago included three separate lead vocalists: Robert Lamm (who sings this song), Peter Cetera and Terry Kath.

Chicago had three main vocalist in the band:

The first one you listened to - 25 or 6 to 4 - Peter Cetera (the bassist) sang the lead vocal
The second one you heard - Make Me Smile - Terry Kath (the guitarist) sang the lead vocal
This one - Does Anybody Really Know What Time it Is - Robert Lamm (the keyboard player )is singing the lead vocal.

I love the song "Dialogue parts 1 and 2" where Terry Kath and Peter Cetera trade the vocals back and forth in a conversation.

There's even one song I know of by them where Lee Loughnane (the trumpet player) sings the lead vocal - Song of the Evergreen.

Written and sung by Robert Lamm, this is from their 1969 debut record.

I am an active musician 70 years old, and Chicago is my favorite group, second only to the Beatles. Now Leonid and Friends are carrying on the Chicago legacy. You guys are great! Thank you!

The first 3 songs from Chicago you chose to listen to featured 3 different lead singers. Those voices combined with the glorious horns, killer rhythm section, stellar keys and Kath on guitar and you have one of THE finest bands of all-time.
