Winlink on iPhone & iPad with RadioMail - Setup and Use, email on the GO!

My new favorite ham radio app is RadioMail. Since I always have my iPhone on me, I can take a small radio pouch and retrieve my Winlink emails on the go! Great job!

Nice video. I have been using RadioMail with my TH-D74 and a small pico board (TinyPICO) that I flashed with a bluetooth classic to btle translator. Totally worth it.

I used the early version on my mac. It is much more user-friendly than other options, and it runs on IOS and OSX. Cool.

I live in the Northwest and WinLink using VHF seems unlikely after a large earthquake. Can you demonstrate it using HF to maybe the Central US or Canada? HF makes it a useful tool. Thanks.

Since I don't have a Mobilinkd TNC or B.B. Link, I installed WoAD on my Android phone instead to connect to my TH-D74 - but Winlink is so fun that I think I might get a Mobilinkd TNC or maybe a small headless PC to run RadioMail on my iPhone.

I have a Yaesu FT-5D and would like to access Winlink email when no internet is available. Should I use Digirig or Mobilinkd? Which is more beneficial with the FT-5D?
