It's very expensive for a purpose as simple as this. To be honest this item is intriguing for rich and shopaholics i guess.. Using ice on face was my habit in college years. Me and my sister bought a cute mini silicone popsicle mould for this purpose. It's less than AED 18. But using ice on face did make my skin dry in some areas so I stopped. Now I just wash face with cold water when i feel like using ice. A lot better as the coolness reach the skin evenly. Once a week using aloe Vera gel also worked amazing for me.

4. Just use a popsicle mold or a glue stick

5. You can just take ice put it in a towel and done
