Microwave oven working but not heating. Easy fix diy. 2019 update

If you discharge the HV Capacitor and pay attention to what you are doing you are safe.

I bought my Daewoo microwave in 2000 and it’s only this year that it stopped heating up. I felt sad that it was not heating anymore. I then thought of buying a new one but exactly the same as what I have as it lasted more than 20 years, perhaps the way how I look after it and the durability of the product has contributed to its longevity. It was pricy when I bought but it’s worthed.

I thought of searching in YouTube and I have come across your video..I bought exactly what you showed in your video at Amazon and I was excited when it arrived. I then follow your video and changed the fuse of my microwave. Wow! It did worked and I am so happy! Thank you for sharing your video. Now I can use the money I am supposed to buy a new microwave for an air fryer😊.

Thanks to this video I was able to repair my microwave. Fuse was just fine but I unplugged all the small clippers n reattached them tighter. Now it works like a charm. Thank u sir

And what about the cause of shorted fuse??? You need to check the diodes socket in magnatron otherwise the fuse will short again.
