Deploy a Node.js app to Ubuntu Server

when i deploy react, nodejs with nginx, after two days, nginx consume all the CPU until 99.9

i think my problem is i have a server.js file running on the server that my game client connects to ( it is working completely fine)
but i think when i go to the IP/DNS in a browser it is also loading the websocket port because i am getting Upgrade Required instead of getting my websites .html file
my actual website doesnt even use websockets, its just the server.js file open that is recieving/sending info to game clients
