What are the big differences between the new Bose SoundLink Flex and the Marshall Emberton?

i have both flex and emberton i been trying to find out which is better between two. flex is powerful and emberton has clear and sharp sound

The Marshall is overall slightly better speaker but has one huge drawback that you can't pair it with second Marshall speaker so that's why I picked the 2 bose flex because want to pair it together to get stereo sound. But if I would use just one mono speaker I'd pick the Marshall because has better baterry life, design, Bluetooth and joystick.

Bose always finds a way to disappoint. The flex is amazing on paper but why on earth did they not got with at least Bluetooth 5.0. That is surprising to me

I have the Marshall. Sounds really good when we're seated around it or nearby. Crisp sound & loud enough. It's bass IMO is much better than UE Wonderboom & the UE Miniboom (of course it is - the Wonder & Mini boom are smaller), however I can't use the Marshall as a phone speaker, which I can do with the UE, & that's disappointing as most of my listening is outdoors and it's so easy to do phone call audio on the UE. My bad, I didn't check first. Now I'm hoping the Bose can do call audio, I'm still unclear .... I see the microphone bit in the video, but can the Bose Flex be used as a phone speaker? If so I don't want to use the Bose microphone, just the Bose speaker.
