that is a great idea for making rivets! I am making one of those for sure. I was helping my teach make rivets for a sign the last week. I was even using the hammer and cut-off tool I bought from you. I was making mine faster than him. He really liked the tools and the work they produced. :)

Do you make a separate tool for each bar size you'll use for rivets? Or do you use slightly smaller bar in the bit larger tool?

I'll be making many if not most of my own tools, do you think a sledge head would do well for the monkey tool? It looks like it would, but you have been at this much longer than I.

So you made the depth of the hole just right for the head material to stick out, do you have lots of tools for different sizes or you just clip the long ones off?

Ha, being a Smithy was a much better career choice for you that a dancer, but all in all a "riveting" performance.
