Benson: "Oh. Right. *coughs* I forgot about that. I'm sorry I did that to you guys. *coughs* But do I really deserve to die for it?"
Mordecai: "No. You don't. We're gonna find you a cure for the Death Sandwich before it's too late."

TBF, Benson was right with the Grilled Cheese being eaten, but he ate BOTH of their Ultimeatums that he KNOWS that only comes once in a Lifetime, literally, and then he comes in AGAIN to eat their Death Sandwich.

Is it Karma? That'd be subjective since Benson just wants Mordecai and Rigby to do their Job for once, but at the same time, both were most likely on Break.

I get that feeling that the ultimeatum episode got so many hates for Benson eating their burgers that were only sold 100 years so I guest the creator decided ‘hey why don’t we make where Benson gets his karma for eating the burgers’

Sure, Mordecai and Rigby ate his grilled cheese, but they got him a new one, (even though it was burnt to a crisp), and he ate their Ultimeatum's in another episode.
So technically, Benson isn't getting payback, he's just being a jerk and eating their sandwich AGAIN, when they only ate his once.
