7. Evolutionary Design by Andre Rabe

Observing the way in which nature co-exist, the flow of life and death, seems to reveal a designed harmony. But what is not immediately observable is the tens of thousands of species that went extinct in order to produce the current order. And so the design we observe is not the usual way we would conceive of a designer sitting and drawing out a plan or blueprint and then starting to manufacture this design. A very different kind of design is unfolding here if we take into account the evolutionary process.

Yes! We have a God Who never pulls back from His creation when its in darkness but a God Who always has been and continues to be deeply involved with it and us even in our darkness. Even our chaos is something that He desires to be deeply involved with so that He may bring forth His creativity, His marvelous light, His freedom.
"And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  And God said, Let there be light: and there was light." Gen.1:2, 3
