I'm not gonna carry ten battery's to the forest, but for work around the house the Makita seems great.

Both great - just completely different uses. Not annoying the neighbors or quick medium wood the makita is great / if you’ve got a lot to do grab the Stihl

I will use a electric chainsaw around the house but for work in the woods stihl.

Если бы цепь на штиле была заточена не через одно место, то Макита бы вообще отдыхала в сторонке

Another of factors at play. Both performed to a standard I would be happy with.

I always thought it'd be good to carry an electric chainsaw in the truck for hunting

يا صديقي لا يمكن لأي منشار كهربائي أن ينافس شتيل بنزين ربما الشفرة ليست جيدة أو طريقة القص ليست كما يجب ❤❤

You can swap an Oregon or Makita .325 chain, bar and sprocket, and that saw will run about 15-20 percent faster, BUT you’ll sacrifice approximately 5% battery loss per charge.

I actually have the MAKITA. I normally use 6 batteries. If 2 is flat i throw them on the carger then carry on with the next 2. I have had times where they were all fat but then i start driving the other wood away to the dump site. Normally a trip or two and were pruning again.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Electric motor has torque out the ass, but the ICE will go all day if you need it to. Both great companies and great products.

For European home defence the petrol, imagine being a burglar and as soon as you see that lovely big 4K TV you just hear “CHUGA CHUGA CHUGA VRM slowly approaching from upstairs.

Look, good work, my question is, are those chains better? Okay, or is it that my new chain doesn't work?

Whatever I can afford at the time I need it 😂

There is no discussion. Stiehl makes the best chainsaw. The elektro one maybe great for smaller quantity of work but not for a lot.

More torque on the leccy 1, but petroleum for me …. The smell the sound can’t beat them

Me pregunto si la makita tendra lubricante para la cadena o trabaja en seco? De trabajar en seco no aguantaria ni media hora.

Stihl. You can refill it with gas and finish the job or wait for the batteries to charge in the Makita
