With iOS 18 Beta 8 and iOS 18.1 Beta 3 there are even more updates and changes that have been found since the iOS 18 Beta 8 is Out video. iOS 17.6.1 also released a couple weeks ago with an important update. Im also on the Public Beta 6. Iphone 13. No issues so far, battery life is good too. Didnt seem to heat up a lot. Overall a really stable update.

I’ve been running iOS 18 on my iPhone 15 and the only little issues I’ve had are that it takes a little work to arrange icons on the Home Screen (doesn’t always let me place them where I want) and I had to set up control center again after a reboot. Other than those two things, it’s worked just as good as iOS 17 and battery has been great too.

I am on iOS 18.0 Public Beta 8 everything has been smooth sailing. However, Apple Music is still quite buggy. Japanese lyrics doesn’t work properly if more than 2 line, And the search function inside a playlist is sluggish.
Other than that pretty great, battery life has also been solid.

Your title of this video is somewhat confusing. It would appear that there are a variety of users who have a different experience on the beta software. In the past I have also had mixed results and have decided to wait for the beta’s to settle and become a stable product before I rush in to update.

I will remain on iOS 17.6.1. And at this point possibly even on my iPhone 15 Pro as there isn’t a lot to be excited about with this years iPhone 16 lineup.

I’m on the dev beta, the only issue I have is with CarPlay. From beta 1 it has been awful, I believe beta 2 was meant to address an issue with BMW CarPlay but if anything it’s worse now
