You can select developer even if you are not a developer. That’s what I did on my iPad Pro M1.

Do u ppl even like ios 18 i like the black icons the tent once look bad and the round notification centre looks worse and my biggest issue is photos app it is bad like really bad so to me it is not worth even to update
