Kombucha and Scoby

Simple make Kombucha if you are new for home brew.
Prepare one gallon glass jar.
Kitchen cloth and rubber band
Tea..black or green for beginner
Hot water and pot to steap tea 10 to 15 minutes
Scoby with liquid of Old batch that come in with packet
My recepe I found and like test after I play with many times.
one gallon of water..bring to biological and add 8 bags of tea start with Black tea for first time to build tea strong to feed Scoby.
Add one cup of Sugar..any kinds that you desire..I use Non GMO natural sugar..not white..bring test great.
Add sugar during tea still hot..and take tea bags out after 15 minutes if you like strong test you may leave tea as you desire 30 minutes if too long test may not as you like.
After Tea cool pour tea in the Glass vessel that you have to make Kombucha.
Add..Scoby and liquid one cup
cover with kitchen clothe and rubber band to protect fruit fly.
